Getting started

leidang is invite-only — there is no public signup. Your organization's administrator sends you an invite email with a one-time set-password link; once your password is set you sign in at leidang.app and land in your organization's workspace at {your-org}.leidang.app. If you belong to several organizations, a workspace picker appears after sign-in.

First steps for a new organization

• Set the basics — Admin → Organization: name, timezone, currency, and the email language for notifications and invites.
• Sketch your locations — Admin → Locations: a tree from venue down to room, shelf, case, or vehicle. Items always sit somewhere in this tree.
• Create categories — Admin → Categories: a tree like Lighting → Moving lights. Custom fields and usage meters defined on a category apply to it and every descendant.
• Add your first products and items — by hand from the Items page, or in bulk with the CSV importer (Admin → Import), which also offers a starter template library of roughly 180 ready-made products spanning lighting, audio, rigging & lifting, video, staging, power, and comms — seed a curated catalog in one click, then keep what fits. • Invite the crew — Admin → Users. Technicians scan, register, and log service; viewers see everything and touch nothing.

On the floor

The app is a responsive PWA — install it from the browser menu on a phone and the scanner (the camera button in the shell) is one tap away. Everything a technician needs during a get-in — scanning, moving, checking gear out — works from the phone.
